Ember was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on November 12, 2023 as a result of a breeding between Tonka x Holly. Ember is a 65-pound fox red Labrador Retriever who is friendly, alert and outgoing. She is also loving, personable, curious and happy. Her owners say: "Ember is an excellent family dog that loves to be part of everything we do.” She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys training and learns quickly. Her appearance is stunning with a beautiful, closely-cropped fox red fur on a muscular body accented with a splash of white on her coat. Although she doesn’t hunt, her love for water and retrieving leads one to conclude she would be an asset in the duck blind. She also has shown a natural point and a busy search style that assures us that her offspring could be great upland hunters. Ember's strongest traits are her gorgeous good looks, her friendly personality, and her intelligence. Ember’s breeding was designed to produce intelligent house dogs that will also give the outdoorsman a great hunting partner, if needed.

DESCRIPTION: Sapphire was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on July 29, 2021 as a result of a breeding between SC’s “Trojan” of Marble Mountain & Drake’s Sage of Marble Mountain. Sapphire is a 52-pound fox-red Labrador Retriever who is easy-going, friendly, and very gentle. She is a calm, independent, curious & fun-loving. As a hunting dog, she absolutely loves to work and learn. Her personality changes when it is time to work, and she absolutely loves to work birds and retrieve. Her love of water is greatly enhanced for her love of retrieving. She is a smart-looking, husky, 54-pound, fox-red Labrador retriever who has a great on-off switch. Sapphire’s strongest traits are her good looks, and mild-mannered personality which is countered by her intense desire to work and retrieve. Her great on/off switch makes her the perfect family dog and great potential hunting companion with a strong natural point.

DESCRIPTION: Nugget was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California in February of 2023. She is a petite, athletic, and incredibly strong 45-pound fox red Labrador. She’s very bright, and loves learning new things, which makes her a joy to train. Nugget also has a fun, playful personality, and with her natural athleticism and hunt drive, she makes a great hunting companion. She has a good on/off switch, making her a good house dog as well.

Zion was born at Marble Mountain Kennels in Northern California on February 10, 2022 as a result of a breeding between two of Marble Mountain Kennels favorite dogs; Trojan and Kai. Zion is a 49-pound yellow Labrador Retriever who is absolute gorgeous with a soft, fox red coat on a small frame. She is very gentle, calm, alert and friendly. She has a reserved, curious and sweet personality. Notable to anyone who sees her is her good looks. She has a classic lab build, on a smaller body. Zion has an independent personality, which seems to fit well with her natural curious hunting style. She has a nice temperament for a house dog, but also comes from two of Marble Mountain Kennels strong hunters, but she herself does not live with a hunting family, so all hunting characteristics mentioned are based on our testing process when she was about 1 year old.
